Completely solar-powered, SmartSigns provide both a low-power and low-cost solution for Special Event Clearways in and around the Sydney CBD, giving the TMC control over major traffic routes during critical events.
The signs utilize ePaper / EPD (Electrophoretic Display) technology. The technology behind the SmartSigns provide unmatched direct sunlight readability, while internal illumination provides nighttime visibility, drawing attention to the signs when required most.
